Job summary

Elevate is seeking a Senior Paralegal to join its legal team on a 3 Month FTC, focusing on construction, procurement and commercial contracts. The role requires commercial experience and the ability to work with non-legal stakeholders.

You will review and draft contracts, support procurement activities, and manage key contractual records and dates. Start ASAP and work within an established legal function.

Qualifications

• Experience across construction, procurement or commercial contracts.
• Strong commercial contracts experience.

Responsibilities

• Support construction and commercial contract matters.
• Review, draft and manage contracts, amendments and related documentation.
• Support procurement activity, including tender and supplier documentation.
• Assist with contract reviews, risk identification and escalation.
• Manage contractual records, obligations and key dates.
• Provide day-to-day support to procurement, commercial and operational teams.
• Conduct legal and contractual research as required.
