Job summary

Elevate Legal Talent is seeking a Senior Paralegal to join the construction and procurement legal function on a 3-month fixed-term basis. The role focuses on commercial contracts, procurement and related documentation, with an emphasis on timely delivery and risk management.

The successful candidate will bring construction/procurement experience, strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while providing support to complex cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Senior Paralegal or experienced Paralegal with construction/procurement background.
• Strong commercial contracts experience and knowledge of construction or procurement processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive, able to work independently.
• Confident communicating with non-legal stakeholders.
• Available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Support construction and commercial contract matters.
• Review, draft and manage contracts, amendments and related documentation.
• Support procurement activity, including tender and supplier documentation.
• Assist with contract reviews, risk identification and escalation.
• Manage contractual records, obligations and key dates.
• Provide day-to-day support to procurement, commercial and operational teams.
• Conduct legal and contractual research as required.
