Job summary

Elevate Legal Talent is supporting a leading construction and procurement business in Nottingham, seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal on an interim basis. The role focuses on construction, procurement and commercial contracts, with the ability to integrate quickly into an established legal function and provide commercial, pragmatic support.

You will draft and review contracts, support tender activity, manage key dates, and liaise with non-legal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience as a Senior Paralegal or paralegal with construction, procurement, or commercial contracts.
Ability to draft and review contracts and related documentation.
Willingness to travel to Nottingham and attend the office as required.

Responsibilities

Support construction and commercial contract matters.
Review, draft and manage contracts, amendments and related documentation.
Support procurement activity, including tender and supplier documentation.
Assist with contract reviews, risk identification and escalation.
Manage contractual records, obligations and key dates.
Provide day-to-day support to procurement, commercial and operational teams.
Conduct legal and contractual research as required.
Must be within reasonable travelling distance of Nottingham and able to attend the Nottingham office when required.
