Job summary

Jaywing in Leeds is seeking a Senior Paid Social Manager to own the development and delivery of our paid social offer, collaborating with Biddable and Content teams, and adapting to platform changes. You will lead a team of managers, analysts, and executives, shaping client strategies across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other networks, driving growth and learning across the agency.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of paid social experience in agency, client, or media owner contexts.
• Proven ability to develop and implement multi-channel social strategies.
• Experience in managing campaigns to budget and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Paid Social client strategies to meet campaign and commercial objectives.
• Lead day-to-day campaign operations and ensure high-quality service.
• Collaborate with wider Paid Media team to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Drive revenue growth by expanding usage of channels within client plans.
• Support development and growth of managers, analysts, and executives in the team.
