Job summary

DEPT® in London seeks an Associate Director, Paid Social to lead a major enterprise account. You will set the full-funnel strategy, steer platform decisions across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and others, and translate data into high-impact campaigns.

You’ll manage a growing team, partner with US colleagues on growth and upsell opportunities, and own budget governance with senior stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in paid social planning and activation.
• 3+ years in client leadership with 10+ direct reports.
• Fluent in English; UK-based with London availability.

Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel paid social strategy for a global client.
• Direct and mentor a team of paid social managers and buyers.
• Collaborate with US counterparts on growth levers and upsells.
• Lead measurement frameworks and forecasting for budgets.
