WPP Media, a leading AI-driven media operating unit within WPP, seeks a Paid Search Senior Associate Director in the UK to drive category-defining capabilities and services across a client portfolio. You will lead a team of Account Directors, Managers and Executives, ensuring high-quality work and strategic delivery.

You will report to the Head of Paid Search and collaborate with the Global Hub, managing recruitment, development, and ambitious growth targets while aligning with the Wavemaker Way
