Starcom in White City, London, is seeking a Paid Search Account Director to lead strategy, performance and growth for a major beauty client portfolio. You will work with senior stakeholders, combining media, technology and data to deliver exceptional outcomes and develop a high-performing team.

You will shape best-in-class Paid Search approaches across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and emerging solutions, driving innovation and value for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance or digital marketing within an agency.
• Proven ability to manage Paid Search campaigns.
• Strong client relationships and stakeholder influence.
• Commercial awareness and value creation.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic Paid Search across brands to meet commercial objectives.
• Build relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Develop growth plans to improve performance and value.
• Shape Paid Search strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and others.
• Champion innovation through testing and automation.
• Coach and develop Paid Search team.
• Drive planning, QA, forecasting and continuous improvement.
