Job summary

Cedarwood Digital, a Manchester-based SEO, PPC and Digital PR agency, is seeking an experienced Paid Media Manager. You’ll own day-to-day campaign delivery across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn for a varied client portfolio (B2B, B2C & DTC) with budgets up to £350k per month.

You’ll plan activity, optimize performance, mentor teammates and contribute to new business insights, while working in a hybrid/remote setup in the UK.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience managing PPC and Paid Social campaigns.
• Strong experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
• Proven Paid Social experience, especially Meta and LinkedIn Ads.
• Ability to independently build, manage and optimise campaigns across PPC and Paid Social.
• Experience with e-commerce and lead generation accounts.
• Solid understanding of budgets, bidding, audience targeting and performance.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of PPC and Paid Social campaigns across multiple client accounts (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
• Plan, build and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Paid Social across platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting and account structures.
• Regularly review performance and implement changes to drive growth.
• Develop and run tests across ad copy, creatives, audiences and bidding.
• Work with product feeds, Merchant Center, first‑party data and automation tools to improve results.
• Brief Paid Social creatives, testing different messages and angles.
• Mentor and support other team members, sharing best practices and knowledge.
