Just Eat Takeaway.com in the UK Marketing team is seeking a senior media lead to own the strategy, planning and execution of brand campaigns. You will co-own the annual plan and work with performance and social teams to drive results.

You will mentor teams, manage agency partners, and build partnerships with internal stakeholders to deliver high-impact ATL and digital activity, using MMM insights to optimise campaigns.

Qualifications

• Extensive expertise in media planning and buying across both Above-The-Line (ATL) and digital channels.
• Proven ability to optimise agency-client dynamics and build strong external partnerships.
• Familiarity with MMM outputs and incrementality testing to inform strategy.
• Strong ability to communicate complex media concepts to non-experts.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with strong analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop the annual media strategy with the Head of Media to support marketing and commercial targets.
• Lead quarterly media planning with agency partners, leveraging data to create monthly plans aligned with business priorities.
• Oversee the execution of innovative Above-The-Line (ATL) media plans to meet campaign objectives.
• Evaluate campaign performance using Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and incrementality testing to optimize future strategies.
• Mentor and nurture direct reports while championing best practices across the department.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the UK business, global marketing teams, and agency partners.
• Lead strategic cross-functional workstreams to drive continuous innovation and business outcomes.
