Qualifications

• Experience in media planning and buying across ATL and digital channels.
• Experience using MMM outputs and incrementality testing to inform strategy.
• Ability to communicate complex media concepts clearly to non-expert stakeholders.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with analytical problem-solving.
• Ability to balance detail-oriented media execution with strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual media strategy development with Head of Media.
• Oversee ATL campaigns and ensure alignment with performance and social teams.
• Build strong agency and internal partnerships to optimize media plans.
• Mentor direct reports and champion best practices across the team.
