Qualifications

• Comprehensive expertise in media planning and buying across both Above-The-Line (ATL) and digital channels.
• Practical familiarity with Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) outputs and incrementality testing to inform strategy.
• Clear communication of complex media concepts to non-expert stakeholders.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance detail-oriented media execution with high-level strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly media planning with agency partners and align with business priorities.
• Oversee execution of Above-The-Line (ATL) media plans and campaigns.
• Evaluate campaign performance using MMM and incrementality testing to optimize future strategies.
• Mentor and nurture direct reports and champion best practices across the department.
• Build strong working relationships with UK stakeholders, global marketing teams, and agency partners.
• Lead strategic cross-functional workstreams to drive innovation and business outcomes.
• Co-own the development of the annual media strategy alongside the Head of Media.
