ADLIB Recruitment in Bristol is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to own paid media strategy for diverse B2B and e-commerce clients. You will lead major platforms and collaborate with senior clients to drive growth, while mentoring the paid media team.
The role offers hybrid work from the Bristol office, a discretionary annual bonus, and a focus on developing innovative paid media approaches in a people-led agency.
If you're a strategic paid media specialist who wants more than campaign optimisation, this could be a great next move. We're recruiting a Senior Paid Media Manager for an established, people-led digital marketing agency in Bristol. You'll work across varied B2B and e-commerce clients, owning strategy, leading senior client relationships and helping shape the future of paid media. You'll have plenty of autonomy, backed by an experienced team and a Head of Paid Media who wants you to make an impact.
As Senior Paid Media Manager, you'll own paid media strategy across some of the agency's most valuable and complex accounts. You'll take time to understand each client's commercial objectives, then build channel strategies that genuinely support growth.
You'll lead Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other paid channels, with opportunities to work across TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest and programmatic. You'll assess new platforms and technologies, identifying where they can create a genuine advantage rather than simply following trends.
You'll lead QBRs, present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, manage significant budgets and identify opportunities to grow client accounts. You'll also line manage and mentor members of the paid media team, helping develop skills, standards and new ways of working.
This Senior Paid Media Manager role offers hybrid working from the Bristol office. You'll get 25 days' holiday, an annual discretionary bonus, your birthday off, pension, enhanced parental leave and flexible benefits including private healthcare and gym or yoga membership.
You'll also have a dedicated training budget, mentoring, charity leave, early Friday finishes and Friday afternoons off during summer. Most importantly, you'll have genuine influence over paid media strategy within an agency investing in its next phase of growth.
