TDMP, an award-winning digital marketing agency, seeks a Senior Paid Media Executive to own client accounts and shape strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads. You'll work with a skilled team to grow performance and client value, with hybrid or remote UK options and Derby HQ access when needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Paid Media, agency experience preferred.
• Experience managing Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads.
• Exposure to lead generation and/or B2B Paid Media campaigns.
• Ability to analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own client accounts and influence strategy beyond day-to-day management.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve performance and outcomes.
• Engage directly with clients with clear communication and insights.
• Support cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic discussions.
