Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience caring for paediatric surgical patients.
• Experience managing safeguarding issues.
• Experience caring for burns and plastics/maxillofacial surgery patients.

Responsibilities

• Care and preparation of children undergoing plastic surgery or maxillofacial surgery.
• Care and support of children with burns injuries in the outpatient dressing clinic.
• Support of parents whose children are undergoing surgery.
• In charge shifts, ensuring appropriate allocation in relation to skill mix and patient needs.
