Job summary

Recruit by Nature is seeking a Band 6 Paediatric Occupational Therapist for Southampton, offering flexible full/part-time and term-time options. You will work across schools, homes and community settings with supervision and development opportunities.

You will support children and young people aged roughly 2–25, delivering assessments, interventions and reports, with a focus on neurodiversity and collaborative care within a private healthcare service.

Qualifications

• Must hold HCPC registration and RCOT membership.
• Experience in paediatric setting and neurodiverse needs.
• Ability to plan individualised therapy and document progress clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage a community-based paediatric OT caseload in Southampton and surrounding areas.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and young people with developmental needs.
• Plan and deliver tailored interventions to support sensory processing, motor development and self-regulation.
