Junior Packaging Technologist – Beauty Industry Up to £32,000
Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional with a passion for packaging, innovation and sustainability? A leading beauty and personal care brand is currently seeking a Junior Packaging Technologist to join their dynamic team based in Cheltenham.

This is an excellent opportunity to build a career within the fast-paced world of beauty product development. You’ll be supported by experienced professionals and exposed to a wide variety of packaging projects – from year-round core ranges to seasonal gifting collections.

Assist in the development, testing and implementation of packaging solutions for new beauty products.
Support packaging-related elements of NPD projects from concept through to launch.
Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners, including those overseas, to ensure packaging is production-ready.
Contribute to packaging sustainability initiatives in line with business goals.
Help maintain packaging documentation, including technical specifications and testing reports.
Participate in cost-saving and packaging optimisation projects.
Attend regular cross-functional meetings and support project teams with technical insight.

A degree (or equivalent) in Packaging, Engineering, Product Design, or a related technical discipline.
Previous experience in packaging development (placement or post-grad) is a plus, but not essential.
