Must Have’s

  • A degree (or equivalent) in Product Design, Cosmetic Science or Packaging
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication – able to explain technical ideas clearly
  • Great time and project management skills
  • Eagerness to learn and apply complex technical principles
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage tasks across multiple projects

  • Experience in a packaging development environment
  • Interest in sustainable packaging and product development
  • Confidence working with global suppliers and manufacturers

So what will you be doing?

  • Supporting packaging development from concept through to launch
  • Collaborating with third-party suppliers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions
  • Testing packaging and producing technical reports
  • Attending NPD meetings and helping solve development challenges
  • Assisting with packaging data, documentation and sustainability reporting
  • Building strong relationships with both internal teams and external packaging suppliers
