Design Happy is seeking a Senior Packaging Designer to join our creative team. You will lead packaging and POS design, translating client brand visions into impactful concepts for global clients.

You will mentor teammates, drive ideation, and stay ahead of industry trends while managing multiple projects and ensuring high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in packaging design or a similar senior role.
• Strong understanding of packaging design and POS applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with global clients and cultural awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong typography and typesetting skills.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team.

Responsibilities

• Creative Leadership: lead and mentor colleagues, drive ideation and stay ahead of trends.
• Project Management: own design processes, meet deadlines, ensure quality.
• Understand how design affects consumer perception and behavior.
• Client Interaction: present concepts, translate brand vision, ensure alignment.
