Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in data/reporting analyst roles within project or programme environments.
• Strong understanding of P3M principles and project controls methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI and Excel (macros and automation).
• Experience designing and implementing data models and reporting frameworks.
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with experience delivering to executive audiences.
• Experience leading work packages and mentoring junior colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and delivery of data-driven solutions for effective project management and controls.
• Develop digital controls solutions aligned to P3M frameworks.
• Define reporting strategies with senior stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable designs.
• Design and build advanced dashboards and reporting tools using PowerBI, Excel, and other platforms.
• Oversee data integration from multiple systems ensuring accuracy and performance.
• Maintain scalable data models to support enterprise-wide reporting.
• Provide guidance on data quality, governance, and reporting best practices.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster capability growth within the team.
• Contribute to thought leadership and continuous improvement across the digital services.
