Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a PMO Data & Reporting Lead to drive data-driven project controls across infrastructure programmes in the UK. You will design dashboards with Power BI and Excel, integrate data from multiple systems, and define reporting strategies with senior stakeholders.

You will mentor junior staff and contribute to digital capability development within the Infrastructure Digital team. A strong background in P3M and governance is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data/reporting analyst roles within project/program environments.
• Strong understanding of P3M principles and project controls methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel (macros/automation).
• Experience designing data models and reporting frameworks.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of data-driven solutions for project management and controls across infrastructure programmes.
• Define reporting strategies with senior stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable solutions.
• Design and build dashboards using Power BI, Excel and other platforms.
• Oversee data integration from multiple systems ensuring accuracy and performance.
• Develop scalable data models to support enterprise reporting.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices and innovation.
