Job summary

ClearView Healthcare Partners in London seeks an experienced professional to lead multiple life sciences strategy projects within the Investor pillar. You will guide project teams, shape client deliverables, and ensure rigorous due diligence and compelling storytelling.

The role requires 5–7 years in life sciences consulting, strong leadership, and the ability to work in the London office at least 40%. You will mentor colleagues, manage senior client relationships and contribute to firm growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or business required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in life sciences strategy consulting.
• Proven project leadership with investor diligence experience (buy/sell).
• Strong problem solving, analytical abilities, and communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in the London office at least 40% of the time.
• Experience leading client projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2 to 3 projects concurrently, varying in complexity.
• Lead investor project types and support unfamiliar content areas.
• Rais e issues to leadership early and design impactful agendas; avoid 'fire drills'.
• Elevate quality and clarity of team output with clear direction and storytelling.
• Collaborate with leadership and mentor team members to drive high performance.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to firm growth through coaching and thought leadership.
• Drive high-impact client meetings by challenging client thinking and adding value.
