Job summary

Ips Group, a specialist insurer partner, is seeking a Senior Property and Casualty Underwriter to own a diverse existing business portfolio and manage renewals with premiums from £5,000 to £500,000. You will mentor the team, conduct audits and collaborate with brokers and commercial partners to deliver underwriting excellence.

You will develop, negotiate and profitably underwrite existing caseload within your own authority, aligning with the commercial strategy and supporting less experienced

Qualifications

• Strong property and casualty underwriting experience is required.
• Senior level or ready to step up to senior
• Experience in coaching/mentoring colleagues would be beneficial.

Responsibilities
