Job summary

Chubb is seeking an ambitious Property & Casualty Package Underwriter based in London to drive new business development in the upper SME/lower middle-market segment. You will underwrite, quote, and trade with broker partners across the UK, building a robust pipeline and delivering fast, quality underwriting decisions.

You will collaborate with sales, distribution and cross-line teams while upholding Chubb's guidelines and service standards.

Qualifications

• Property and casualty underwriting experience.
• Proven track record in new business development underwriting.
• Knowledge of upper SME/lower middle-market segment.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite, quote and convert new P&C package business in lower middle-market.
• Engage with producers and BDMs to develop and execute a pipeline.
• Maintain underwriting records and data with accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales, distribution and cross-line teams to deliver Chubb proposition.
