ProTalent Limited in Guildford is seeking an Outsourcing Senior Manager to lead a portfolio of owner‑managed businesses, delivering a full outsourced finance function with advisory on top.

You will run management accounts, forecasting, budgeting and reporting; review statutory reporting and VAT/HMRC compliance; lead client meetings and explain what the numbers mean; coach your team and client staff.

Formación

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or qualified by experience.
• Experience with owner‑managed businesses and SMEs.
• Comfort presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Mentoring or managing a finance team.

Responsabilidades

• Run management accounts, forecasting, budgeting and reporting.
• Review statutory reporting and VAT/HMRC compliance.
• Lead client meetings and explain numbers to business owners.
• Flag risks and opportunities early and act on them.
• Coach the client’s finance staff and your own team.
