Job summary

Senior Outreach Worker role in Redbridge, London Borough of Redbridge, joins a dedicated street outreach service supporting rough sleepers. Location: Redbridge (Community Outreach). Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.

Contract: Temporary. You will conduct street outreach, complete assessments, and provide ongoing case management, supporting clients into emergency and long-term accommodation, making referrals, and building relationships with health services, housing providers

Qualifications

• Experience working within homelessness, outreach or housing support.
• Knowledge of rough sleeping pathways and homelessness legislation.
• Experience supporting vulnerable adults with multiple and complex needs.
• Strong communication, assessment and partnership working skills.
• Full commitment to community-based outreach and early morning working.
