Job summary

Herts Young Homeless (hyh) in Hatfield is seeking a Senior Outreach Worker to help establish and develop a new outreach service for at-risk young people. You will deliver support, build relationships, and help access services to achieve positive outcomes.

The role sits within the Frontline Services team, shaping the service from the ground up while ensuring high-quality, person-centred support. Hybrid working, with core days Tuesday and Wednesday.

Location: Hatfield / Hybrid Working (minimum 3 days office-based, including core days Tuesday and Wednesday)
Salary: £33,095 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week

Herts Young Homeless (hyh) is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Outreach Worker to help establish and develop an exciting new outreach service.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is motivated by making a real impact and wants to work directly with young people who are at risk of homelessness. As a Senior Outreach Worker, you will play a key role in delivering support, building relationships, and helping young people access the services and opportunities they need to achieve positive outcomes.
