• Provide Specialist OT assessment and intervention for a caseload of complex cases
• Provide support and clinical supervision to OT staff across CFHD
• Work within the Physical and Sensory Pathway providing support to OTs across pathways
• Screen and triage referrals with strengths-based assessment, planning, and evaluation
• Contribute to risk assessment and care planning with children, young people and carers
• Provide case management for children with highly complex long-term needs using evidence-based care
