Job summary

SYSTRA UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Engineer to join our Cyber Security team within Systems Engineering and Assurance in Manchester. You will lead cybersecurity governance and delivery for rail and infrastructure projects, ensuring strategy, requirements, and evidence are aligned with standards.

You will collaborate with client teams, manage the cybersecurity lifecycle, and contribute to tender responses while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BSc in Cybersecurity or related field.
• Experience in OT cybersecurity and risk management.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and governance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cybersecurity solutions for rail and infrastructure projects from concept to operation.
• Define cybersecurity strategy in collaboration with the Team Lead.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure requirements are fulfilled.
• Contribute to evidence creation and governance across the cybersecurity lifecycle.
• Review technical deliverables and assist in tenders and expressions of interest.
