SYSTRA UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior or Principal Cyber Security Engineer to join our Cyber Security team within the Systems Engineering and Assurance discipline. This role suits a committed professional capable of leadership and commercial awareness to grow a high-performance team on rail and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• BSc in Cybersecurity or related field.
• Minimum 3 years OT cybersecurity experience.
• Ability to define and manage cybersecurity strategy and governance.
• Experience in Threat Identification and Cybersecurity Risk Management for complex systems.
• Knowledge of major OT cybersecurity standards (IEC 62443 series).
• Experience in supply chain cybersecurity audits.
• Experience producing Zones and Conduits diagrams and Cyber Security Requirements definitions.
• ISO 27005 / NIST 800-82 / NIST 800-53 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cybersecurity solutions to rail/infrastructure clients from concept through operation.
• Define cybersecurity strategy and governance with the Team Lead.
• Maintain relationships with clients and ensure requirements are met.
• Adapt designs to balance quality, cost and other disciplines.
• Ensure cybersecurity standards are applied; liaise with other teams.
• Support cybersecurity schedules and deliverables.
• Attend standards briefings and assist as needed.
• Liaise with clients to communicate requirements to the team.
• Review deliverables and assist in tender preparation.
