Job summary

Mane Contract Services seeks a Senior Cyber Security Engineer (Assurance) to provide technical leadership across product and whole-solution security in OT environments for rail CIS projects. You will lead security activities from bid/design to commissioning and support, securing rail signalling, SCADA and station information systems.

The role requires engaging with customer security teams, defining security requirements and ensuring compliance with NIS/NIS2, IEC 62443 and TS 50701.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in engineering, science or a numerate discipline.
• Proven experience leading security engineering in demanding OT environments.
• Experience applying IEC 62443 and understanding CENELEC standards.
• Experience in security assurance, risk assessment, architecture and testing.
• Experience mentoring engineers and strong stakeholder management.
• CISSP, CSSLP or CCP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead security leadership across product and whole-solution security in OT environments.
• Define and maintain security requirements and monitor compliance with standards.
• Develop security architectures and risk-based countermeasures.
• Lead threat and risk assessments and ensure appropriate mitigations.
• Support project teams and contribute to incident response and lessons learned.
