Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Engineer (Assurance) to lead cyber security assurance across UK rail OT projects, including bid support, solution architecture, testing and commissioning.

This role requires strong OT/ICS experience, IEC 62443 knowledge, and the ability to lead across multi-disciplinary teams and clients. You will collaborate closely with project delivery and security teams.

Qualifications

• Strong OT/ICS cyber security experience.
• Proven security assurance on complex projects.
• Experience applying IEC 62443 standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as cyber security lead across rail OT projects.
• Engage with client security teams to align strategies and assurance requirements.
• Develop and maintain cyber security requirements throughout the lifecycle.
• Produce Cyber Security Management Plans and track delivery against timescales and budgets.
• Lead security risk assessments, threat modelling, and mitigation planning.
• Define secure architectures using zoning and conduits to protect critical systems.
