Barking Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a B7 Advanced Occupational Therapist to join the Neurosciences team at Queen’s Hospital/ Romford. The role will provide specialist assessment and therapy across acute neuro pathways and oversee OT practice on neuro wards and in critical care.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, deliver high-level clinical care and contribute to service development in a busy NHS setting within a 7-day service model.

Formación

• Specialist clinical skills in neuroscience care.
• Experience with ward and neuro-intensive care environments.
• Ability to lead MDT teaching and supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for the Occupational Therapy team, and support the MDT.
• Teach, supervise and appraise Band 6/5 staff and students on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Deputise in the absence of senior colleagues as required.
• Contribute to development of policies, procedures and guidelines using evidence-based practice.
