Job summary

OMD UK is expanding its Organic Performance team and recruiting two Senior Organic Performance Executives. You will deliver SEO and GEO strategies across a diverse client base including Mercedes Benz, British Gas, and major UK banks, collaborating with an Account Manager to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering SEO across technical SEO, content optimisation and off-site SEO.
• Experience in a fast-paced agency environment, ideally with large or enterprise-level clients.
• Comfortable working with data and analytics to inform decisions and recommendations.
• Proficient with key SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Lumar.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality organic performance activity across Technical SEO, On-site content optimisation, and Off-site SEO.
• Support the evolution of SEO programmes into GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) for AI-driven, multi-platform search environments.
• Own execution and quality of assigned workstreams; ensure outputs are accurate, insight-led and delivered on time.
• Communicate progress and key findings from owned workstreams to internal teams and clients, with support from the Account Manager.
• Translate strategic briefs into clear, actionable delivery plans.
