Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant or Managing Consultant to lead Oracle HCM Cloud transformation engagements. You will guide clients through HR business transformation, aligning HR policy with strategic goals and leveraging cloud-based solutions.

The role offers exposure to complex enterprise environments and opportunities to mentor peers while contributing to business readiness and long-term value for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations (Core HR, Talent, Payroll).
• Strong understanding of enterprise cloud solution design and delivery.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on HR, Oracle and industry best practices and operating models.
• Lead activities for readiness and during Oracle HCM implementation from a business/HR perspective.
• Gather requirements, shape solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive consensus across teams for smooth delivery.
• Support business readiness, change management and user adoption strategies.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team capability.
