We are currently looking for an Senior Oracle HCM Manager to join as a part of our Power Apps teams to continue providing technical innovation to meet our ever increasing client demand.

The Ideal Senior Oracle HCM Manager will have;

• Demonstrable experience in the delivery of Oracle programmes.
• Strong experience in HR leading transformation projects.
• Experience with other HCM cloud products (i.e. Workday, Service Now, Successfactors).
• Strong background in the consulting sector.
• Continued responsibility for the delivery of end to end workstreams, including leading offshore teams to design, configure and test a module or process area for successful deployment.
• Up to £115k salary
• Performance bonus.
• Based out of London office.
• Flexible hybrid working.
