IBM Consulting UK FutureNow seeks a Senior Consultant to drive Oracle HCM Cloud implementations for public and private sector clients. You will lead requirements analysis, design solutions and support deployment across industries.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to proposals, and demonstrate Oracle Cloud capabilities. A Bachelor's Degree and strong client-facing skills are required.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
Proven experience with full implementation cycles and design documentation.
Strong client-facing, communication and project delivery skills.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements analysis, process documentation and solution design.
Configure, deploy and integrate Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for clients.
Support proposals, pre-sales activities and Oracle Cloud capabilities demonstrations.
