Job summary

IBM Consulting UK FutureNow is seeking a consultant to contribute across the full consulting lifecycle, from requirements analysis to solution design and deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The role involves customer-facing work, proposal development, and collaboration with peers to deliver cloud-based HR transformations.

Location: Flexible within the UK mainland with occasional travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud and Payroll Cloud applications.
• Experience in multiple Oracle Cloud implementation cycles.
• Experience with design, requirements analysis, configuration documentation, troubleshooting and integration architecture.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements analysis, business process documentation and solution design.
• Develop, configure and deploy Oracle HCM Cloud solutions with peers.
• Support proposal development and demonstrate applications to customers.
• Engage in customer-facing activities and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Travel to client sites as needed.
