Capgemini Invent in the UK seeks experienced transformation consultants to lead Oracle ERP and Finance architecture projects across public and private sectors. You will drive solution design workshops, governance, and client engagements to deliver scalable Oracle-based transformations.

You will also oversee delivery teams, support business development, and mentor finance architects while ensuring compliance and high-quality outcomes across multiple clients and markets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Oracle Cloud/Fusion Financials implementations.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into robust Oracle architectures.
• Proven track record in transformation programs and governance.
