Job summary

insightsoftware is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer with deep Oracle Financials expertise to strengthen our UK and EMEA presales team. You will own the technical narrative and value demonstrations for CFOs, controllers, FP&A leaders, and finance teams.

You will work with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, shape winning solutions, run compelling demos, and drive deals to close. This is a high-impact role influencing our Oracle practice and GTM approach.

Qualifications

• Deep Oracle Financials architecture knowledge (EBS and Fusion Cloud).
• Experience with Oracle reporting stacks: FSG, OBIEE, OTBI, Smart View.
• Proven ability to demonstrate value to senior finance audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver executive-level demos showing ROI and outcomes.
• Qualify opportunities and drive deals with sales teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and CS to influence roadmap.
• Coach SEs on Oracle architecture and presales execution.
• Translate Oracle gaps into business value and ROI.
