Job summary

IBM Consulting UK FutureNow seeks a Senior Oracle Cloud Financials Consultant with 8+ years of Oracle implementation experience, especially in Oracle Expenses, to lead design, configuration, and delivery for clients in the UK. You will drive functional workstreams, engage stakeholders, gather requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance and Procurement.

You will participate in pre-sales, demonstrations, and solution architecture, mentoring onshore and offshore

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle Financials consulting and implementation experience.
• At least 3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
• Strong hands-on Oracle Cloud Expenses.
• Experience with Oracle Procurement integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• BPSS baseline security/Vetting may apply (SC/DV considerations).
• Oracle Cloud Financials certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials solutions, focusing on Oracle Expenses.
• Conduct requirements gathering, design workshops, and business process mapping sessions.
• Configure, test, and deploy Oracle Cloud Financials modules.
• Lead a functional workstream and mentor onshore and offshore consultants.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reporting, data conversion, and testing.
• Manage client stakeholders and provide trusted advisory support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support proposal development, client demonstrations, and pre-sales engagements.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client objectives.
