Qualifications

• Proficiency in HCM technical tools (HDL, Extracts, BI, Fast Formulas).

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute implementation and support of Oracle EBS HCM.
• Demonstrate expert proficiency in UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes.
• Manage functional problem resolution and vendor transitions.
