Job summary

Namos Solutions Ltd in the UK is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Oracle Cloud / Fusion delivery, support junior PMs, and report to the PMO Director.

You will manage cross‑functional delivery, influence a wide team of consultants, and ensure quality outcomes for financial services and public sector clients while travel to client sites is required.

This role demands strong stakeholder management, robust governance, and the ability to drive pre‑sales activities when needed.

Qualifications

• Operational knowledge of implementing Oracle Cloud projects end to end.
• Experience delivering in a fast-paced consultancy/SI environment.
• Strong PM skills with Oracle AIM and OUM delivery methods.
• Knowledge of PRINCE2 or equivalent delivery methodologies.
• Solid stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication.
• Excellent organisation, documentation, and client-facing communication.
• Experience liaising with clients at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor and maintain progress of project plans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage scope and handle Change Requests with impact assessment.
• Monitor client-specific activities and report progress to leadership.
• Identify risks, maintain logs, and develop contingency plans.
• Communicate decisions to the team and stakeholders.
• Ensure budget visibility and control across projects.
• Support pre-sales activities as needed.
