Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP in a functional capacity.
• Strong knowledge of core Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management).
• Excellent client-facing communication (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Understanding of ITIL processes (incidents, problems, change).

Responsibilities

• Support a mix of clients across sectors within the Managed Services team.
• Take ownership of issues and drive improvements beyond ticket resolution.
• Collaborate with clients to extract value from Oracle systems.
• Engage in enhancements, risk identification, and strategic recommendations.
