Job summary

Infosys in London is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead Oracle B2C Service Cloud engagements from requirements through design, development, testing, and deployment. You will guide multi-functional teams, shape account-level strategy, and drive modernization priorities across multiple workstreams.

The role requires deep platform knowledge, hands-on customization, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

10 years of experience with at least 2–3 Oracle B2C Service Cloud (RightNow) implementations.
Deep understanding of Oracle B2C Service Cloud architecture, data model and integrations.
Hands-on experience with customization, rules, workflows, and reports.
Strong REST/SOAP APIs experience with PHP, JavaScript, ROQL, HTML/JS/CSS, .NET, SQL.
Experience leading client workshops, architecture reviews and multi‑team delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery, architecture, and blueprinting for Oracle B2C Service Cloud solutions.
Design end-to-end solutions: incident management, agent desktop, customer portal, analytics, integrations.
Translate requirements into designs, data models, and deployment approaches.
Provide governance on security, permissions, objects, data retention, and environment management.
Mentor junior consultants and support pursuits and capability building.
