Qualifications

• 10 years of experience with Oracle B2C Service Cloud (RightNow) in multiple implementations.
• Strong architecture, customization and integration skills.
• Experience leading complex client engagements and transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Anchor engagement from requirements validation through design, development, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Guide project teams on processes and deliverables; advise on architecture and design decisions.
• Lead full lifecycle deliveries including SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and post-production support.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to pursuits and internal capability building.
