Job summary

BNY is seeking a Senior Specialist, OPS Data Transfer, Integration & Quality to join our Manchester team. This role designs and delivers automation solutions using UiPath, collaborating with Business SMEs, Operations and Engineering to translate requirements into scalable automation.

You will implement workflows across Excel, Outlook, web apps, SharePoint and APIs, ensure production readiness, monitor and improve automations, and explore AI-enabled capabilities to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering UiPath automation solutions.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate into technical designs.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs and data integration is preferred.
• Awareness of AI-enabled automation opportunities is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scalable UiPath automation solutions in Wealth Services Operations.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Operations and Technology teams to meet requirements.
• Develop, test, and deploy automation workflows across multiple tools.
• Ensure production readiness, documentation, and support handover.
• Identify process improvements and apply AI-enabled capabilities where relevant.
