Job summary

RS Group is seeking a Senior Automation Specialist to join our GSBS Automation team. You will identify, design, and deliver automation solutions that drive efficiency and business value, collaborating with IT, process owners, and senior stakeholders.

This role offers remote working with occasional travel to Corby, and requires expertise with UiPath, Power Automate, and related platforms. You will mentor developers, contribute to continuous improvement, and help shape our automation strategy

Qualifications

• Experience delivering automation solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience across the full delivery lifecycle for automation projects.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and related technologies.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Git.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders across business and IT teams.
