Job Title: Senior Operative

Pure Staff Ltd is currently recruiting for a Senior Operative to work for our client based just outside of Hartlebury, near Kidderminster and Droitwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that has experienced significant growth and has been a leader in their field for over 35 years.

You will be part of an experienced food manufacturing team, utilizing your knowledge to ensure the smooth operation of production alongside management.

Responsibilities:

1. Loading products into hoppers for mixing
2. Weighing products to ensure correct blending
3. Labelling bags of mixed products
4. Sealing bags of product for palletising
5. Conducting quality checks
6. Performing heavy lifting up to 25kg during shifts
7. Supervising staff and ensuring company standards are maintained

Previous experience in a senior production role is required.

Working Hours:

PM Shift, Monday to Friday

04:45 – 13:00

Pay:

£14.00 per hour
