Position: Senior Operative

Salary: Up to £14.00 per hour

Pure Staff Ltd is currently recruiting for a Senior Operative to work for our client located just outside Hartlebury, near Kidderminster and Droitwich. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with over 35 years of industry expertise.

You will be part of an experienced food manufacturing team, utilizing your knowledge to ensure smooth operations alongside management.

Responsibilities:

1. Loading products into hoppers for mixing
2. Weighing products to create the correct blend
3. Labeling bags of mixed products
4. Sealing bags of product for palletizing
5. Quality checking items
6. Performing heavy lifting up to 25kg during shifts
7. Supervising staff and ensuring company standards are maintained

Previous experience in a senior production role is required.

Working Hours:

PM Shift, Monday to Friday
04:45 – 13:00

Pay rate: £14.00 per hour

Immediate starts are available for this role.
