Portsmouth Water is seeking an Operations Transformation Programme Manager to lead strategic change across the Operations Directorate on a 3-year fixed-term contract. You will drive transformation programmes, governance, and benefits tracking while aligning with regulatory obligations and operational readiness.

You'll manage multi-workstream initiatives, engage senior stakeholders and deliver improvements in process, technology, and data-led solutions to enhance efficiency, resilience and safety

Qualifications

• Solid governance, assurance and risk management principles.
• Experience leading transformation or programme delivery in regulated environments.
• Senior stakeholder management and benefits tracking experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of transformation programmes to time, cost and quality.
• Develop and deliver the Operations Transformation Roadmap.
• Lead multi-workstream change programmes with governance and benefits tracking.
• Drive process optimisation, standardisation and automation.
• Support adoption of digital and data-led solutions.
• Engage stakeholders and lead change management activities.
